What does fitness mean to you?
It means a lot to me. I think being fit means keeping oneself happy and alive. Everybody should go for a walk for at least 20-25 minutes a day and if it's not possible for you to go for a walk or workout then you should eat healthy and stay happy to keep yourself fit.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I am a foodie and I don't eat food for my appetite. I eat food for taste. I have to work out daily and keep a control on my diet. I take proteins and minerals which help me to look good and beautiful. I eat lots of fruits and drink juices.
A celeb body you admire?
Deepika Padukone she looks gorgeous, healthy and charming. I also like Kareena Kapoor.
Are you single?
Yes, I am absolutely single.
How do you want your dream guy to be like?
I want my dream guy to be like my Dad. Being a Punjabi, I look up to guys who are tall, handsome and have a good personality. In addition, the guy should also be very understanding and respect everyone.

Fashion is something which one is comfortable in what he/she is wearing still managing to look stylish and elegant.

Nikita Thukral born on July 6, 1981 she is an Indian film actress and model, who has acted in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam films. Thukral was born into a Punjabi family and was raised in Mumbai. She was spotted by producer D. Ramanaidu while she was dining at a hotel in Juhu. He offered her a role in his upcoming film Hai (2002). She has completed her M.A in Economics from Kishinchand Chellaram College. She is best known for her item number "Kodana Kodi" in Saroja. She did many commercials, music-videos and a few Hindi tele-serials like Apni Khushi Apne Gam, Sanjog and Khel. And consequently, she made her big screen debut with the Telugu film Hai, directed by EVV Satyanarayana Reddy which was released recently. Now Kannada Film Producers Association banned Actress. Producers group has announced that they have decided to ban Nikita because they thought that she is only reason for the Darshan family problem.
